Free Museum Day!

Saturday, Sept. 25th, Smithsonian magazine hosts its 6th annual Museum Day. Museums all over the country are offering free admission, although some require a ticket. Click on the link to find a participating museum near you.

For those local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the Fort Worth cultural district will have 8 different museums open that day for free from 10am to 5pm:
  • Fort Worth Museum of Science and History
  • Amon Carter Museum of American Art
  • Kimbell Art Museum
  • the Modern
  • National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame
  • Fort Worth Botanic Garden
  • Fort Worth Community Arts Center
  • Log Cabin Village
